Excellent accueil dans ce super magasin.
Beaucoup de choix. Un vendeur très compétent m'a consacré presqu'une heure pour une démonstration. A la recherche d'un streamer je retournerai chez eux, ça change de l'accueil de certaines boutiques du Nord.

is een hopeloze zaak geworden blijkbaar , wacht al een week op een antwoord om gewoon te weten wat een car subwoofer kost .
moest het via mail aanvragen want die man achter de toonbank kon mij zelfs niet verder helpen , hij kon blijkbaar de prijzen van de car audio niet raadplegen ! of had misschien geen goesting zou ook kunnen natuurlijk

Based on my recent experience I consider Audiomix as an unreliable webshop, as they don’t deliver their products as advertised. I recently purchased a Dali Spektor 6 speaker, which was clearly advertised / offered as an individual, single product.

However the day after the purchase I was contacted by Audiomix that I should either buy one additional speaker or cancel the order as they only want to deliver a set of speakers.

Although it might be somewhat uncommon to buy one single speaker, the speaker was clearly listed as an individual product, I was able to buy it as an individual product and there was no information stated upfront about that I should buy a set of 2.

So, as there is a purchase agreement based on 1 single speaker (as advertised / offered), Audiomix has the obligation to follow up and deliver.

In the end the order got canceled by Audiomix and I haven’t heard from them since.

The right and more customer friendly approach would be to send the order (obliged by law) and actually be thankful for this situation, so that the information provided on the website could be improved.

Now, they simply lost me as a potential loyal customer.
