Bijoutier sans remord, je lui ai acheté une montre de marque Certina soi disant neuve, le 17/07/2021, après 15 jours elle tombe en panne, il refuse de me la reprendre elle est renvoyée chez Certina par 2 fois, et depuis le 19 aout je suis sans montre. 350,00 euro à la poubelle, et j'apprends que cette montre est un modèle qui a 20 ans, à éviter absolument, derrière sa grande sympathie commerciale se cache une personne malhonnète.

Mauvais service j'ai acheté une bague à 600 euros 1mois plus tard une des perles de verre contenant un diamant est tombé grrrr ...ils ne répondent pas aux mails et font semblant de ne rien avoir reçu bref j'ai du prendre directement moi même contact avec le fournisseur en Autriche. ..a quoi ça sert de se prendre des % juste pour la revente si il n'y a pas de service ....a éviter!

Someone said about this shop "fraudolent", it's close enough to the truth.
I trusted them for my diver promaster and now I regret it so much: At the end of January I went there in search of a good steel bracelet for my diver. After 10 minutes of searching they presented me with a steel bracelet. Then the "process" of sizing it for my wrist took at least 20 minutes in which I thought they were fighting against my watch at the back. After 30 minutes it was finally ready and I asked them to give me back the original springs of my original bracelet they just replaced with the new one. I was charged €97.00 for this. Today after 20 days, I wanted to change the strap for an occasion and I noticed that not only the steel bracelet they replaced was misplaced but I realised they gave me 3 different springs! Today I hopefully went back to them with receipts and bracelets and explained the situation hoping they might still have my original parts; I was immediately told they didn't have it and if they had them while changing it they threw the parts away and I came too late anyway. They just gave me a crooked replacement and that was it.
Extremely expensive and not customer service.

"Biggest joke of a watch shop. Came in for a simple bracelet fix, left with the dumbest conversation of my life. Guy really thought he was the watch police while having ZERO knowledge of watches. He doesn’t even know what a homage is but still had the nerve to run his mouth.

Then, after all that nonsense, he had the audacity to charge €19 for a literal €1 fix that took 10 minutes. Imagine getting scammed AND getting lectured by someone who doesn't even know what they’re talking about. Clown behavior. 🤡

And the best part? He sells budget-tier watches but acts like he’s running Rolex Geneva. You’d think he’s running a luxury boutique the way he talks, but in reality, he’s just pushing watches that no serious collector would even look at.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of REAL watch shops out there that actually respect their customers instead of scamming them with overpriced repairs and fake expertise.

Arrogante verkoper werd niet netjes geholpen en word tegen je gepraat of ke onnozel bent. Raad deze winkel niet aan!! Mijn vader is schandalig hier te woord gestaan . Ik zou 500 meter verderop gaan zot een betere zaak

Dat deze juwelier nog bestaat. Ook ik heb een slechte ervaring met Van Bignoot. Hoe meer men klacht indient bij de economische inspectie, hoe beter. Dit moet stoppen. Het zijn oplichters. En dienst na verkoop bestaat hier gewoonweg niet. Ga aub niet binnen in deze winkel!
