Kit déco commandé il y a 3 semaines et toujours pas de nouvelle. Ne répond pas au téléphone ni aux mails.

ESCROT n'est pas un vain mot ! Commande passée, payée mais jamais reçue ni remboursée. Vendeur qui n'a jamais répondu à mes nombreux mails. Je suis passé par "ODR" la plateforme Européenne pour régler mon litige comercial mais pas plus de réponse !

Bestelling geplaatst van hgs uitlaat aan een zeer scherpe prijs en in stock, ook nog eens supersnel geleverd en super goed verpakt! Dit is bij sommige grote bestel websites ondermaats maar bij sixstarracing was dit perfect opgevuld! Bedankt voor de service Tom!

I absolutely do not recommend this store. They offer goods on their website that they do not actually have in stock. They create an order for you, you pay for the goods, and the goods never arrive. There is no communication whatsoever. After two months, three additional emails, and messages on social media, they respond with an apology, claiming that the item is not available and offering an alternative. You politely decline and request the cancellation of the order and a refund for the original purchase. No response, no refund. You urge them for a reply. Nothing. Neither the goods nor the money. I do not recommend them! Be cautious; they are completely incapable of handling orders and fail to communicate. I still haven’t received my money back (almost €100). Stay away from them!

Update 02.01.2025:
The seller, probably due to my negative review, decided to cancel the order (done on 31.12.2024), and the money for the order has already been refunded and credited to my account today. I praise the speed of the refund after the cancellation. However, it is terrible that such routine matters had to be unnecessarily escalated. I recommend the seller to thoroughly check their stock inventory and e-shop, and, above all, to communicate properly.

I placed an order over a week ago. No updates on its status. I've emailed and sent FB messages inquiring. No response. Terrible service.

I placed the order on March 24. I sent follow up emails on March 28 and April 1, and two FB messages in that same time frame, to confirm the items were actually available. YOU RESPONDED TO NONE, BUT ACCEPTED MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FROM THE 28th. My last FB message requested that you cancel the order. The website also said nothing about the gloves being out of stock. I heard absolutely nothing from you, there are no emails or FB messages. So I contacted my CC to dispute the charge on April 3. Hours after the CC dispute was filed, you then finally respond saying the item shipped with DHL tracking. DHL didn't pick the item up until April 4. Sounds like you saw the CC dispute on April 3 and finally decided to respond.
We'll see what's in the package, and I'll update this review accordingly. Regardless, your communication was non-existent.

Final Edit:

I changed from 1 star to 4. I got what I ordered and the shipping was quick once it was sent out. Unfortunately it took a bad review and CC dispute to get a response from the seller. Communication could/should be better.

Ik heb deze winkel gevonden dankzij zoekopdrachten op google omdat ik op zoek was naar een winkel die producten verkoopt dat alles te maken heeft met Motorcross. Super vriendelijk, heel eerlijk en uw vragen worden altijd met geduld beantwoordt. Als je de beste service wilt, dan zit je hier op de goede plaats. 10/10.

Zowel in de winkel als via online bestelling een top service. Zeeeer klantvriendelijk, geduldig, niet opdringerig, duidelijke en eerlijke uitleg, behulpzaam. Voor retourneren van goederen, geen enkel probleem als je je maar aan de spelregels houdt.
