Onvriendelijk personeel. Een half uur voor sluitingstijd de pashokjes sluiten… en dit in een lingerie winkel. Niks gekocht dus! 10 min voor sluitingstijd supervriendelijk geholpen én nog mogen passen bij een andere zaak. Ons zien ze hier zeker niet meer terug.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I went on the 26/01/25 there and saw with my mother that they had promotions like 4 pair of underwear for 12€ and 8 for 20€.
I took 8 my mom took 4, at the cash register I ask the young lady to pay 19€ with a gift card and the rest I’ll pay cash or card ( the amount of 20€ in total ). I didn’t look quick but my mother saw on the screen that she didn’t put the promotion in so instead of 20€ for the underwear that I had to pay she put 32€ so I told her look you don’t know your own promotions? So I paid those 19€ and normally I still had to pay 1€ for the rest of my purchase but no, she made it so difficult that she said can you pay also the remain amount of 32€ and it will be sent back to your card the remain amount, I thought okay fine.
That’s when stupidity hits 😅😅, she then took my mom’s underwear too wouldn’t want to give my underwear yet and my mom the amount that had to be paid was 12€ for 4 pairs! She charged my mom the 12€ but than the manager or whoever that was MARIA, thought oh you know what sign here this is for the amount of the first 32€ to be sent back to your account so if you can pay now the amount of 32€ again!
I thought uh? That’s very bizarre, keep in mind I’m pregnant and I started getting very nauseous so at that point I just wanted to be done with it, so I paid the amount of 32€ AGAIN!
FOR SOME DAMN STUPID REASON MARIA woke up and charged again 32.40€ I said why? Her answer was so lame because “ my kassa “ “ my cash register “ at that point my ears were getting closed and I started feeling worse and worse, before putting my card to pay AGAIN I asked her okay you need to pay than two amounts back ! She said yes no problem it will be transferred to your bank in 6 days.
Me and my mom we went to have a drink and I thought nah this is weird I want to go back after cooling off, I kept all the receipts and I look then in my receipts she gave me that there’s a klantvoucher ( client voucher ) for the store Tezenis of the amount of 32€ but MARIA has not explained me anything about it!
We go back with it she said yes we made it a voucher so you will only get one amount back of 32€ .
I said no, this ain’t fair.
I keep on calling to those people to give my money back! They keep on saying they will but they don’t.
I’m sick and tired of it, worst costumer service, how is it possible you work in a store and you don’t know how to manage one mistake done by your workers and what type of staff don’t know their own store promotions?
Let me remind you is the 26th of February today and they keep on bullshiting me that they will fix it 😅😅
Never going again in that store!
