La vendeuse de ce jour était d'une vulgarité sans nom. Chewing gum bouche ouverte, affalée sur le pupitre, peu affable-pour rester poli-refusant l'application shopping mains libres au motif qu'elle n'était pas activée alors que cela a fonctionné partout ailleurs . Une très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille vivement.

One of the store i appreciated less in the maasmechelen village. It is a fine sized outlet north face store.

However, during my visit, it was very busy. It seemed difficult to navigate through all the item varieties. So i had to come back later during the day.

The staff were very kind though ! Even during the busy hours !

Even on outlet prices, i still found it expensive for some items in here, but that’s what you expect from a brand like North face 👍🏻

The lady who works today @15:15 hours on 19 September 2024 is not very helpful and she didn't want to make any effort to find the suitable size that I was looking for. She always said: sorry we don't have this size. Even without going to the storage room. While the staff person who worked in the same shop said that the sizes that I was looking for are available!!

Quite strange attitude from this lady. I Just want to let the responsible people of the north face to get my feedback seriously. Thanks.
